The Small Job Guarantee

To ensure every visit is cost-effective, my Minimum Service Charge is £55. This covers the first hour on-site. If your main task takes less than an hour, I am happy to spend the remaining time tackling other small to-do list items (such as tightening handles or changing bulbs) to ensure you get full value for the visit.

Plumbing & Bathroom

Tap Replacement: £80 – £100
Shower or Bath Reseal: £65+
Toilet Flush & Syphon Repair: £65 – £85

Furniture & Assembly

Flat-Pack Furniture Building: £55+
Door Handle & Latch Repairs: £55 – £70

Wall Mounting & Fittings

TV Wall Mounting: £75 – £120
Blind or Curtain Pole Installation: £55
Shelf Mounting: £55
Picture & Mirror Hanging: Included in the £55 Minimum Service Charge

General Maintenance & Odd Jobs

First Hour: £55
Subsequent Hourly Rate: £35 per hour
